The theme for this year’s Drupal Camp Cebu, “Meeting Challenges. Breaking Barriers.” will focus on various powerful knowledge, skills, and creativity from our professionals and experts to our learning audience.

Currently, we are finalizing our line-up of speakers who can share their expertise to answer current challenges and barriers in the field of information and technology. We are looking at experts’ topics that will show how Drupal development, Open source, and Wordpress have stepped up to meet challenges of the times to meet market demands.

The Cebu Institute of Technology University takes on the lead in the drive to forward information and technology with a leap. It also aims to help transform students and professionals alike to be competent and become competitive in the field that has become a necessity.

In order to bring forth this worthwhile endeavor to reality, we need your support. Your share on the sponsorship will immensely help us to allow accessibility to more students and young professionals. It will help bring down Camp rates. More than the above, your contribution will allow us to invite more experts to come and share their time and knowledge to the new generation of IT professionals.

Finally, your contribution to this endeavor will allow us to generate more activities in the coming year for more meeting of minds.

Commitment to Support Packages (Sponsorship)

1. Gold Package (P50,000.00)

a. Drupal Cebu Organization shall provide the sponsor with the proper documentation of the event not exceeding to five (5) working days after the event including the roster of participants and the likes.
b. Drupal Cebu Organization shall include the sponsor’s logo in ALL collaterals including web and print and promote their services through social media platforms
c. Drupal Cebu Organization shall acknowledge the sponsor as the gold or major sponsor during the event and will include to whatever promotional write-ups, if any, that will be released within the duration of the said agreement.
d. Drupal Cebu Organization shall provide as well a space for the sponsor to set up their booth and promote their services.
e. Drupal Camp Organization shall give the sponsor 4 slots to any of their representatives to attend on the event.
f. Drupal Cebu Organization shall provide a sponsor badge for the company that can be posted to their website for recognition of Support. (T-shirt included for the 4 representatives.)

2. Silver Sponsor (35,000.00)

a. Drupal Cebu Organization shall provide the sponsor with the proper documentation of the event not exceeding to five (5) working days after the event including the roster of participants and the likes.
b. Drupal Cebu Organization shall include the sponsor’s logo in all collaterals including in print and web and mentions through social media platforms.
c. Drupal Cebu Organization shall acknowledge the sponsor as a silver sponsor during the event.
d. Drupal Cebu Organization shall provide as well a space for the sponsor to set up their booth and promote their services.
e. Drupal Cebu Organization shall give the sponsor 3 slots to any of their representatives to attend on the event.
f. Drupal Cebu Organization shall provide a sponsor badge as one of the silver sponsors for the company that can be posted to their website for recognition of support. (T-shirts included for the 3 representatives.)

3. Bronze Sponsor (25,000.00)

a. Drupal Cebu Organization shall provide the sponsor with the proper documentation of the event not exceeding to five (5) working days after the event including the roster of participants and the likes.
b. Drupal Cebu Organization shall include the sponsor’s logo in all collaterals including in print and web and mentions through social media platforms.
c. Drupal Cebu Organization shall acknowledge the sponsor as a bronze sponsor during the event.
d. Drupal Cebu Organization shall give the sponsor 2 slots to any of their representatives to attend the event.
e. Drupal Cebu Organization shall provide a sponsor badge as one of the silver sponsors for the company that can be posted to their website for recognition of support. (T-shirts included for 2 representatives.)

Special Commitment

We have widened the sponsorship to other possibilities.
a. Morning Snacks Sponsor P6,000.00
b. Afternoon Snacks Sponsor P6,000.00
c. Coffee Flow Sponsor P6,000.00
d. Lunch Sponsor P20,000.00

In exchange of your generosity for the Special Commitment Packages, we are offering the following:
1. Logo placement on website
2. Company name, logo, and company description on tables.
3. Two (2) free T-shirts

Our Projection

Drupal Cebu Organization anticipates 150 to 200 participants inclusive of both students and professionals on the affair.
